We manufacture quality products for paper machines
We supply customized plastic qualities to individual specifications. These plastics have been tested extensively in practice for decades and we guarantee their suitability for the respective application. From the forming board lead blade to the perforated or slotted milled cover.
The basic material for all our grades is pure ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (PE-UHMW), which does not incorporate any re-processed material. The material grades we develop are finished with lubricants and are more wear resistant thanks to the use of special additives.
